Kristina Hatas is a PhD researcher at the Hertie Centre for Fundamental Rights, where she is exploring the governance of human rights in the digital age, and research associate at the DFG project Judicial conflict and the reconfiguration of control in the EU constitutional order. She was previously working as an International Law and Policy Advisor at Amnesty International and a Policy Officer at the German Informatics Society.
